Realtor AIHomeThese Terms of Service govern your use of Realtor AI at agentcatch.us, a product of Kirmani Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Realtor AI is software for licensed real estate agents. It is a tool only: it is not a brokerage, does not provide real estate brokerage services, does not represent buyers or sellers, and never holds client or transaction funds.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be a licensed real estate professional, or otherwise legally entitled to conduct the activity you use Realtor AI for, and you must be at least 18 years old.
AI-generated replies are suggestions to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing communications before they go out and for complying with all real estate laws, licensing requirements, and advertising and consent rules that apply to you and to the leads you collect - including obtaining any consent legally required before you contact a consumer by call or text. You may not use Realtor AI to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Program name: AgentCatch by Kirmani Enterprises LLC.
Program description: one automated acknowledgement after a missed call for a mobile number with active matching consent. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not run recurring or scheduled campaigns.
How to opt in: enter your mobile number in the public form at agentcatch.us and voluntarily check the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Placing a call alone does not create SMS consent. SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive or complete the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Account notifications are not currently active. Our sign-up form at agentcatch.us/signup and your account Settings include an optional mobile number field and a separate consent box - which is never pre-checked - for notifications about your own account. This is forward-looking. We are not currently sending any notification messages to agents: if you provide a number and check the box, we store the number and your consent and display them back to you in Settings, and nothing is transmitted. If we activate account notifications in the future we will update these terms and our Privacy Policy to describe them before any such message is sent. Providing a mobile number is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase or of using AgentCatch.
Message frequency: one message per missed call. A caller receives a single automatic reply to the missed call they placed. There is no recurring or ongoing message stream.
Cost: there is no additional charge from us for the messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to opt out: reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also reply STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opt-out, consent is revoked and later missed-call messages are blocked. START or UNSTOP clears the carrier opt-out only; it does not reactivate website consent. Fresh voluntary consent through the public form is required.

Carriers: messages are delivered via Twilio. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: how we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on the plan you select and recur until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no partial-period refunds unless required by law. A free trial is provided where indicated.
You retain your lead data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features labeled "Coming Soon" are not yet available. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose, or that messages will be delivered without delay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date below.
